Getting online with our wifi system is quick and easy:
1. First, create your account - an email is all you need.
2. Next, visit one of our top up locations to add money to your account.
3. Finally, use your device to connect to wifi (Island WiFi) and log in.
4. If you are unable to get the login page, open a web browser and go to www.satelnv.com

If you select an hourly plan, we'll track the amount of time you spend online and then subtract the appropriate amount from your account balance based on the rate for that plan. For example, if you connect to wifi and select a plan with a rate of $1.00 per hour and you spend two and a half hours online, we'll subtract $2.50 from your account balance.
If you select a prepaid plan (marked with a (P)) the total price of the plan will be deducted immediately from your account balance. You may then use the wifi system for as long and as frequently as you like for the time period of your plan. For example, if you select a prepaid plan that's $30 for 10 days, $30 will be subtracted from your account balance. You may then reconnect as often as you like or even stay online continuously throughout the 10 days and your only cost is the initial $30 that you paid.
* Only one device at a time may be connected to your prepaid plan.
Each time you connect to the wifi system, you'll be prompted to select a plan. At any point in time, you may visit one of our top up locations to add money to your account.
